local_shippingAre there any shipping fees for tires?
For most tires in our catalog, shipping is free when you purchase 4 tires or more across much of Canada — including Ontario, Quebec, the Maritimes, and major metro areas such as the Greater Toronto Area and Greater Montreal.
Orders under 4 tires ship for a flat $49.00 standard rate. Remote or Northern communities may incur a surcharge; we'll flag that at checkout when it applies.
In select metro zones (for example Greater Montreal, Ottawa, and the GTA), evening home delivery may be available depending on carrier capacity.
mapIn which regions is delivery available?
Avocars mainly delivers across Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. We also serve many destinations in Western Canada on a carrier-by-carrier basis.
Some remote postal codes may be limited or delayed. If your address isn't eligible for free shipping on a set of four, checkout will show the adjusted rate before you pay.
scheduleWhat are the delivery times?
Tire deliveries are completed during daytime hours with our carrier partners. Depending on stock, orders usually leave our warehouses within 24 to 72 business hours and arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipping. Extra time may apply when a warehouse transfer is needed.

mark_email_readDo you send a tracking number once orders are shipped?
Yes. We email a tracking number as soon as your tires leave the warehouse, including the carrier name so you can plan for delivery. You can also look up status anytime on our Track Order page.

Home delivery usually requires someone at the address. A signature may be requested when the tires arrive. If no one is available, the carrier may hold the shipment and attempt delivery again — which can add a day or two.
Prefer not to wait at home? Choose ship to installer at checkout and we'll send the set straight to a partner shop for mounting.

If you pick up at a partner installer or warehouse, we verify identity to prevent fraud. Please bring:

A representative will contact you when the order is ready. Pickup windows are typically Monday–Friday during shop hours.
